The LGU-Dolores, Quezon, through its BIDS and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered and qualified suppliers to apply for eligibility and found eligible to bid the hereunder contract:

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
1. Issuance of bid documents--------------------November 29, 2012-December 17, 2012
2. Pre-Bid conference-----------------------------December 4, 2012
3. Receipt of Bids----------------------------------December 17, 2012 @ 2:00 PM
4. Opening of Bids---------------------------------December 17, 2012 @ 2:01 PM

Bid documents will be available upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P300.00 for ABC costing  P100,000.00 and below to the Municipal Treasurer.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184.

The LGU, Dolores, Quezon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids anytime prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
